Qualification is specific

PowerSystem exposes admitted study profiles, not every upstream menu or file format. Unit conventions are MW, MVAr, per-unit voltage setpoints and MVA continuous branch ratings.

Bounded per-outage corrective AC dispatch is being qualified. It is not joint/global SCOPF and carries no global-optimality guarantee.

Before you use a result

Check the displayed case/version, scenario, inputs, solver, options and units.
Read convergence, warnings and unsupported-value reasons; unavailable is not zero.
Compare only compatible cases and quantities. Do not average away disagreement.
Keep the detached candidate until authorized review; exported handovers do not transfer approvals.
