Refund and cancellation policy

Cancel before renewal to prevent the next recurring charge. Access continues through the paid term unless fraud, chargeback, security abuse, or law requires earlier suspension.

Paid periods are not prorated or refunded after activation except where mandatory law applies, a duplicate charge occurred, or Adept Web confirms the signed product could not be activated or used after a reasonable support opportunity. Approved refunds revoke the related entitlement.

Submit billing and activation issues through the verified support route. A chargeback automatically suspends the related entitlement while the dispute is reviewed.
