Input readiness

Kind

readiness

Interpretation

Checks completeness and admitted-model prerequisites without modifying the network. Start with an exact project/scenario and inspect equipment, connectivity, voltage limits, continuous branch ratings and parameter-source declarations. Native load/generator P is MW, Q is MVAr, voltage is pu and rating is MVA; a missing rating/source is not a default value. Read each finding by native object ID and severity. A blocked report identifies inputs to review, not permission to normalize them. Correct the source explicitly in a new candidate/version and run readiness again. A review-required disposition is not power-flow convergence or engineering acceptance.

Run

Discover settings with study definitions. Select an exact network snapshot and case version; inspect readiness. Submit once using study_submit or the case submission tool, monitor study_status, then inspect study_results. Keep input/configuration/solver identities, warnings and failure states.

Compare and accept

Use equivalent settings/units and exact receipts. Unsupported or incompatible inputs remain explicit. Numerical qualification and human acceptance are separate. See Studies.
