Evaluate and choose

Product explains the native workflow; Studies explains admitted capabilities; Guides supplies reproducible steps and examples. Pricing distinguishes planned policy from purchasable entitlements. Download shows platform-specific availability and verified artifacts. Read the release state rather than treating an inert button as a completed transaction. Search, navigation, release notes and support work independently of checkout activation.

Account and payment

When enabled, use Account for registration/login and activation for the intended device. Verify account/plan and disclose payment only to the legitimate checkout. Billing, refund and cancellation follow the current published policy and gateway receipt. Do not infer successful purchase from a redirected page. Disabled commercial gates remain disabled; this manual is not permission to bypass them.

Install and launch

Choose the artifact for the actual OS/architecture, verify published hash/signature and follow Installation. Use the normal launcher. Confirm the version, customer account binding and first-run state. Do not copy an owner development tree or credentials into a customer installation. Offline Help is bundled and needs no inference. Follow First study after setup.

Update and support

Read release notes, minimum runtime and rollback compatibility before updating. Preserve editable projects and retained records. App and Codex updates have separate truthful states. Send support a sanitized error, OS/architecture/version, request/run IDs and reproduction steps, never secrets or private model contents without consent. Troubleshooting and rollback are distinct from deleting an account.

Leave safely

Export projects, studies and history you need before cancellation/deletion. Cancellation stops the applicable subscription renewal, not necessarily account/data retention. Account deletion follows the published retention/security obligations; do not promise immediate erasure of legally retained records. Revoke device/session access where available. Uninstall through the OS installer/package manager; verify which user-data folders remain before deliberate deletion. Uninstalling does not cancel billing or delete the service account. Missing live qualification remains explicitly unverified.
