Reference provenance and licenses

Equipment definitions and upstream control labels are extracted from the pinned VeraGrid/VeraGridEngine distribution. Source registrations and their exact hashes appear in the manual inventory; field descriptions retain their source language. VeraGridEngine source headers identify the Mozilla Public License 2.0. These references do not change the upstream license or certify its menus/devices. Tool schemas and commands come from the current PowerSystem source. See Availability.
