Commands and keyboard reference

Ctrl+K finds actions and their current scope/enabled state. Preferences may override defaults. Disabled actions do not bypass project/mode/consent gates. Assistant shortcuts require assistant focus; diagram shortcuts remain local. Enter sends, Shift+Enter inserts a line, Shift+Tab switches idle composer mode. /status is composer-local: see Accounts.
